What's your typical turnaround time?

Most custom orders ship within 7–10 business days from approval of your proof. Wedding orders and large batches need 3–4 weeks — please plan ahead during peak season (Sept–Dec).

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, when our schedule allows. Rush fees start at $25 and depend on the size of the project. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

What file formats do you need for logos or artwork?

Vector files (.svg, .ai, .pdf, .eps) work best. We can also work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG, and we're happy to recreate or clean up artwork for a small fee.

Can I supply my own item to be engraved?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We engrave customer-supplied items all the time — wedding heirlooms, glassware, leather goods. Just note that we cannot guarantee outcomes on items we haven't tested before.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Orders of 25+ identical pieces qualify for tiered pricing. Corporate gifts, wedding favors and small business orders are some of our favorite projects.

How does the proofing process work?

Accepted Answer

Once you approve your quote, we send a digital proof for review. You'll have a chance to request adjustments before we engrave a single thing — nothing is final until you say yes.

Do you ship?

We ship throughout the US with tracking. Local pickup is available by appointment.
